Ingredients
- 4 cups spinach leaves
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the sliced onion and cook until soft and caramelized, about 8-10 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Stir in the pine nuts and cook until lightly toasted, about 2 minutes.

Add the spinach leaves to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.

Season with salt and black pepper, to taste.
