  • 4 ears of corn, husked and kernels removed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

  2. Add the corn kernels and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the corn is tender.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Sprinkle the spice mix over the corn and stir well to coat.

  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the corn is heated through and the spices are well incorporated.

  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
