Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn, husked and kernels removed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the corn kernels and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the corn is tender.

In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.

Sprinkle the spice mix over the corn and stir well to coat.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the corn is heated through and the spices are well incorporated.
