Ingredients
- 1 lb ham, diced
- 1 small head cabbage, thinly sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add diced ham and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add diced potatoes, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.

Stir in sliced cabbage, salt, black pepper, paprika, and chicken broth. Cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until cabbage is wilted and tender.
