Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the sweet potatoes and cook until fork-tender, about 15 minutes.
