- 4 large potatoes, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup semolina
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, combine the semolina, minced garlic, olive oil, thyme, and salt.
