Ingredients
- 1 pound of mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the mushrooms and garlic to the skillet and sauté until the mushrooms are golden brown and softened, about 8-10 minutes.

Stir in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook for an additional 2 minutes, until the mushrooms are coated in the sauce.
