Ingredients
- 1 bunch of Lacinato kale, stems removed and leaves chopped
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the chopped kale to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes until wilted and tender.
