Ingredients
- 1 pound sprouting broccoli
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Trim the ends of the sprouting broccoli and place them on a baking sheet.

Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and toss to coat.

Roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until tender and slightly charred.

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and sriracha sauce. Stir well to combine.

Serve the roasted sprouting broccoli with the sriracha mayonnaise on the side.
