Ingredients
- 1 lb wild mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large baking dish, combine the mushrooms, potatoes, garlic, olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat.

Roast in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, or until the mushrooms and potatoes are golden and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
