- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/4 cup of hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for serving
- Fresh cilantro or parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Add the cauliflower florets into the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the buffalo sauce mixture.

Arrange the cauliflower florets on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
