Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 8 ounces of mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Snap the tough ends off the asparagus and discard.

  3. Clean the mushrooms and slice them.

  4. Place the asparagus and mushrooms on a baking sheet.

  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  6. Toss to coat evenly.

  7. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and slightly charred.

  8. Serve hot as a side dish.
