Ingredients
- 1 small cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 small butternut squash, peeled and cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower and squash with the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the vegetables are golden brown and tender, stirring once halfway through.

Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
