- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add Brussels sprouts, salt, and black pepper to the skillet.

Cook, stirring occasionally, until Brussels sprouts are tender and slightly caramelized, about 10-15 minutes.
