- 2 cans of butter beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.

Add the minced garlic to the pan and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the butter beans to the skillet and spread them out in an even layer.

Cook the beans, stirring occasionally, until they start to brown and crisp up, about 10-12 minutes.
