Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. Add broccoli florets, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir well to coat the broccoli in the oil and seasoning.

  4. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the broccoli is tender and slightly crispy.

  5. Remove from heat and serve hot.
