Ingredients
- 500g minced meat (lamb or chicken)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 2 tbsp gram flour (besan)
- Salt to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together minced meat, chopped onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, gram flour, and salt.

Knead the mixture well to combine all the ingredients.

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a long kebab around a skewer.

Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.

Grill or bake the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and slightly charred on the outside.

Serve hot with mint chutney and naan bread.
