- 4 parsnips, peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, toss the parsnips with olive oil, honey, dried thyme, salt, and pepper until well coated.

Spread the parsnips in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the parsnips are golden brown and tender, flipping once halfway through.
