Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 zucchini, sliced into rounds
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Preheat a griddle pan or outdoor grill to medium heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.

Thread the vegetables onto the skewers, alternating between the different veggies.
