- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup kalamata olives, pitted
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste

In a large salad bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
