  • 1 cup squash, peeled
  • 16 oz sauerkraut, drained
  • ¼ cup apple cider , or apple juice
  • ½ tsp caraway seeds
  • tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In shallow 3-quart microwave-safe casserole dish, stir peeled squash, sauerkraut, cider, caraway seeds and pepper.
  2. In microwave oven cover and cook mixture on high for 5 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking.
