Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower head, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Place the cauliflower florets in a baking dish.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Pour the cream mixture over the cauliflower, ensuring all florets are coated.

  5. In another bowl, combine the almond flour and melted butter to make the almond crumbs.

  6. Sprinkle the almond crumbs over the cauliflower.

  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and the almond crumbs are golden brown.

  8. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
