Ingredients
- 1 lb new potatoes
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Wash the new potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces.

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and add the potatoes. Cook for about 10 minutes or until tender.

In a separate pot, cook the frozen peas according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour to make a roux, cooking for 1 minute.
