Ingredients
- 1 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 habanero peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over high heat.

Add the garlic, habanero peppers, red bell pepper, and onion, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.

Add the shrimp and soy sauce to the skillet, and stir-fry for an additional 5-7 minutes until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot with rice or noodles.
