Ingredients
- 2 leeks, sliced
- 200g ham, diced
- 200g cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the leeks and cook until softened.

Add the diced ham to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes.

Sprinkle the flour over the leeks and ham, stirring well to coat. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Gradually pour in the milk, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens. Season with salt and pepper.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with grated cheddar cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.
