Ingredients
- 1 small celeriac, peeled and diced
- 2 carrots, peeled and diced
- 2 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
Instructions

Steam or boil the celeriac, carrots, and apples until they are soft and easily mashed with a fork.

Drain the vegetables and then transfer them to a blender or food processor.

Purée the vegetables until smooth, adding a little water or breast milk/formula to achieve the desired consistency.
