Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 cups of vegetable broth
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.

Add the cauliflower and vegetable broth to the pot. Bring to a boil and let simmer until the cauliflower is tender, about 15 minutes.

Use an immersion blender or transfer the soup to a blender to puree until smooth.

Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Heat the soup until warmed through.
