Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, chopped walnuts, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

In a large baking dish, layer half of the cauliflower, sprinkle with half of the cheese. Repeat the layers.

Top with the breadcrumb mixture and drizzle the melted butter over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
