Ingredients
- 1 medium-sized cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add cauliflower florets. Cook for about 10-15 minutes or until tender.

Drain cauliflower and transfer to a large bowl.

Add minced garlic, butter, and heavy cream to the bowl with cauliflower. Mash until smooth and creamy.

Stir in grated cheddar cheese and fresh thyme leaves. Season with salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Transfer the cauliflower mixture to a baking dish. Top with additional grated cheese and thyme leaves.

Bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
