Ingredients
- 1 small cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and chili slices, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add sliced cabbage and fennel to the skillet, and cook for 15-20 minutes until they are tender but still slightly crisp.

Stir occasionally to avoid sticking to the pan, and season with salt and black pepper according to taste.
