Ingredients

  • 1 small cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 red chili, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add minced garlic and chili slices, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. Add sliced cabbage and fennel to the skillet, and cook for 15-20 minutes until they are tender but still slightly crisp.

  4. Stir occasionally to avoid sticking to the pan, and season with salt and black pepper according to taste.

  5. Serve hot as a side dish or main course.
