Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 2 leeks, white and light green parts only, sliced
- 1 cup peas, fresh or frozen
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the leeks and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the asparagus and peas to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, until crisp-tender.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
