Ingredients
- 400g Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.

Spread the sprouts evenly on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are slightly burnt and crispy.

Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and sesame seeds.
