Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1 cup of buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp of melted butter
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, coating it completely, and then place it on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake the cauliflower for 20-25 minutes, or until it is crispy and golden brown.

While the cauliflower is baking, mix together the buffalo sauce and melted butter in a small bowl.

Once the cauliflower is cooked, remove it from the oven and brush the buffalo sauce mixture over each floret.

Place the cauliflower back in the oven for an additional 5 minutes to allow the sauce to set.

Serve the buffalo cauliflower hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
