Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional toppings: sesame seeds, green onions
Instructions

In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add onion, bell pepper, and carrot to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until vegetables begin to soften.

Add broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until broccoli is bright green and slightly tender.

Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add sesame oil to the empty side. Crack the eggs into the empty side and scramble them until cooked.

Combine the vegetables and scrambled eggs in the skillet. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until everything is heated through.

Remove from heat and serve the stir fry hot. Optional: top with sesame seeds and green onions for added flavor and presentation.
