Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Peel the carrots and cut them into long, thin strips.

In a large bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
