- 2 cups of mixed vegetables (such as carrots, broccoli, bell peppers, and zucchini), chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
