- 2 large taro roots
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- Cooking spray
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Peel and slice the taro roots into thin chips using a mandoline slicer.

Place the taro chips in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and lightly coat with cooking spray.

Arrange the taro chips in a single layer on the baking sheet, making sure they do not overlap.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chips are crispy and golden brown, flipping them halfway through.
