Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 medium spaghetti squash
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions
-
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
-
Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds and pulp.
-
Brush the cut sides of the squash with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
-
Place the squash halves in the air fryer basket, cut side down. Cook for 20 minutes.
-
Carefully flip the squash halves over and continue cooking for another 20 minutes, or until the flesh is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
-
Remove the cooked squash from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes. Use a fork to scrape the flesh into spaghetti-like strands.
-
Serve the spaghetti squash with marinara sauce, grated Parmesan cheese, and fresh basil on top.
