How To Make Turkey Steaks with Citrus & Ginger Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 turkey steaks
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together orange juice, soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add turkey steaks to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

Pour the citrus and ginger sauce over the turkey steaks and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens.

Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

Serve the turkey steaks with rice or your favorite side dish.
