How To Make Leftover Turkey Casserole Recipe
A delicious and easy way to use up leftover turkey, mixed with veggies and creamy sauce, topped with crispy breadcrumbs.

Ingredients
- 3 cups leftover turkey, shredded
- 2 cups mixed veggies (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mix together shredded turkey and mixed veggies in a 9×13 inch baking dish.

In a separate bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

Pour sauce over the turkey mixture and stir until evenly coated.

In a small bowl, mix together breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole.

Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
