How To Make Italian Turkey Steaks with Garlicky Bean Mash

Ingredients
- 4 turkey steaks
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cans of cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Season the turkey steaks with dried oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the turkey steaks for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add drained cannellini beans and vegetable broth. Mash the beans with a fork or potato masher until desired consistency is reached.

Cook the bean mash for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese.

Serve the turkey steaks on a plate with a generous serving of garlicky bean mash.
