- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the ground turkey, onion, green bell pepper, and garlic, and cook until the turkey is browned and the vegetables are tender.

Add the ketchup, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine.
