- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce, leaves separated
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup chopped scallions
- 1 cup cooked rice, for serving
Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.

Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces with a wooden spoon.

Add the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes to the skillet and stir to combine.
