How To Make Crispy Chilli Turkey Noodles

We have turkey sandwiched between lovely bread, baked as pie filling, and cooked in a casserole. Whatever way it’s served, turkey meat is a versatile dish you just can’t get enough of.

Ingredients
- 8 oz turkey breast, thinly sliced
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the turkey slices and cook until crispy and browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sliced bell peppers. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the peppers are slightly tender.

Add the cooked noodles to the skillet along with the soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Toss well to combine and cook for another 2 minutes.

Return the crispy turkey slices to the skillet and toss everything together.

Serve the crispy chilli turkey noodles hot, garnished with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
