How To Make Cajun Turkey Steaks with Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients
- 4 turkey steaks
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For the Pineapple Salsa:
- 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
Instructions

Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Rub the turkey steaks with Cajun seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Grill the turkey steaks for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

While the turkey is cooking, make the pineapple salsa by combining diced pineapple, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, and salt in a bowl.

Serve the grilled turkey steaks with a generous spoonful of pineapple salsa on top. Enjoy!
