Preparation: 20 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
Total: 30 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb white fish fillets
  • 1 lb scallops
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add seafood and toss to coat evenly.

  2. Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the seafood in batches until opaque and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from heat and set aside.

  3. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat until pliable, about 30 seconds per side.

  4. Assemble the tacos by placing seafood, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro on each tortilla. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the toppings.

  5. Serve the tacos immediately with additional lime wedges on the side.
