Ingredients
- 8 taco shells
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 avocado, peeled and mashed
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven and warm the taco shells according to package instructions.

In a bowl, combine the mashed avocado, diced red onion, diced tomato, diced jalapeno, lime juice, and chopped cilantro. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
