How To Make Beefy Baked Tacos
A mixture of seasoned ground beef, refried beans, black beans, cheese, and tomato sauce make these baked tacos a tasty meal that’s ready in half an hour.

Ingredients
- 1½lbslean ground beef
- 3tbsptaco seasoning
- 15ozblack beans,rinsed and drained
- 6oztomato sauce
- 10ozbeans,refried
- 10smallcorn taco shells
- 2cupsmonterey jack cheese,shredded
For Optional Toppings:
- cilantro
- avocados,diced
- olives,sliced
- sour cream
- tomatoes,diced
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium sized skillet brown the ground beef and drain. Add taco seasoning, black beans and tomato sauce. Let simmer for about a minute.

Layer the taco shells in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Add about 2 tablespoons of refried beans to the bottom of the shells.

Add the ground beef mixture and divide evenly among the taco shells. Top with cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes until lightly brown and heated throughout. Top with favorite toppings.
