How To Make Super-quick Sesame Ramen

Ingredients

  • 4 packs of ramen noodles
  • 4 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons of grated ginger
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup of shredded cooked chicken or tofu
  • 2 teaspoons of sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger and sauté for about 1 minute.

  3. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for another 2 minutes until they start to soften.

  4. Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

  5. Add the cooked chicken or tofu and sliced green onions. Cook for another 2 minutes.

  6. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame seeds.

  7. Divide the cooked ramen noodles into bowls and ladle the hot broth over them.

  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
