Ingredients
- 4 packs of ramen noodles
- 4 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons of minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons of grated ginger
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup of shredded cooked chicken or tofu
- 2 teaspoons of sesame seeds
Instructions

Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger and sauté for about 1 minute.

Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for another 2 minutes until they start to soften.

Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the cooked chicken or tofu and sliced green onions. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Stir in the soy sauce and sesame seeds.

Divide the cooked ramen noodles into bowls and ladle the hot broth over them.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
