Ingredients
- 1 small red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the red onion and garlic, and sauté until they become fragrant and slightly caramelized.

Add the red cabbage to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, until it starts to wilt.

In a small bowl, whisk together the ground cinnamon, ground cloves, red wine vinegar, and honey until well combined.

Pour the mulled wine dressing over the stir-fried cabbage and toss to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the cabbage is tender but still retains its crunch.
