Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together oyster sauce, soy sauce, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

Add garlic and onion, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add beef slices and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes.

Add bell peppers and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.

Pour in the oyster sauce mixture and stir well to coat the beef and vegetables.

Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats everything evenly.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.

Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
